TASK 10: EVALUATING TO LEARN In this assignment, we had to evaluate the role of the journalist from different perspectives and from each of the existing groups in the class. In the following, I will show the feedback that we gave to them this Friday in class: - Group 1: we must say that they must have added some photos to complement the activity. On the other hand, the organisation of their blog is very good, everything is perfectly understandable and encourages people to read it. - Group 2: We would like to clarify that they must have uploaded some photos as happened with the last group. We had also a hard time getting to the post as it is a bit confusing to be honest. - Group 3: in the last group, we wanted to say that there was no details in the post of the journalist, and the information is quite scarce. However, it was very easy to get to the post and the photos are plentiful.

This week we have done a rubric evaluating the journalist’s work of some of our mates, these are the concepts we have chosen: Feedback: is a kind of evaluation in which you exchange information with the other person to try to improve their work. Rubric: It is a set of criteria that we follow and use to evaluate the work of someone Evaluation: Valuing the knowledge and work of one or more people. Journalist role: the role that a person acquires who has to document how the work through photos and relevant information has gone. Criticism: Opinions or judgements that are made about something, in this case the tasks done during the weeks of the course, these criticisms can be positive or negative. This task has been really important because doing the rubric we are evaluating the work of our mates and exchange information and give feedback to improve the work. Furthermore, we have spend a good time with our mates, i dont’t have any bad comment about this task. Elena García Abadía

TASK 10: EVALUATING TO LEARN This is the last week of work in the Resources and ICT course and this is the last weekly assignment of the course. I would like to say that although at the beginning of the course it was a bit difficult for us to complete the assignments along with the weekly blog posts, being something new for many of us, we have enjoyed the course, improving our shortcomings and learning a lot, so we are a bit sad to see this course come to an end.  We started homework number 10 this Tuesday, April 26th , just back from Easter vacations. That day Linda, our teacher, assigned us by groups one of the six roles we have in the blog (journalist, analyst, curator, star, translator and facilitator). We were assigned the role of journalist, so the task was to create a rubric that could evaluate that role. Since the class was divided into two different groups on Tuesday, each group in my half of the class was assigned a corresponding group from the other half of the class that h
